Introduction to Teams

Lifetime QR Code's team management features allow you to collaborate with colleagues without sharing your primary account credentials. You can invite team members, assign them to specific folders, and control their level of access.

Inviting Team Members

1. Navigate to Team Management in the sidebar.
2. Click the Invite Member button.
3. Enter their email address and select a Role (e.g., Admin, Editor, Viewer).
4. (Optional) Assign them to specific Folders.
5. Send the invitation.

Role Permissions

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Enterprise customers can enable SAML-based SSO for their organization. This allows your team to log in using their corporate credentials (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace).

To set up SSO, please contact our support team with your XML metadata or Identity Provider details.
