We will never shut down unexpectedly. In the highly unlikely event that our company must cease operations, you will always receive full warning well in advance.
6 Months Continued Service
Our redirect servers are guaranteed to remain active and fully funded for a minimum of 6 months while you transition, at absolutely no cost to you.
Backup & Migration Assistance
We will provide full data exports of all your QR code IDs and their corresponding destination URLs. We will also provide migration assistance to help you map these redirects on any standard web hosting service.
3. The Contingency Reserve Fund
Promises are only as good as the capital behind them. We maintain a dedicated reserve fund — separate from operating revenue — sized to keep every active QR code redirecting for a minimum of 24 months with zero new income.
Per-Code Funding Model
A fixed portion of every $49 code purchase is ring-fenced into the reserve at the point of sale — before it touches operating expenses. The reserve grows with every new customer, not from promised future revenue.
Operationally Segregated
The reserve is held in a dedicated account that cannot be used for payroll, marketing, or product development. It is exclusively earmarked for redirect infrastructure costs — server hosting, DNS fees, and CDN bandwidth — in a continuity scenario.

Even after the formal wind-down window, reserve capital keeps redirect servers live for up to 24 months total — buying any customer the time to update physical materials at their own pace.
