The Account Settings page is your control center for managing your Lifetime QR Code subscription. Here you can monitor your limits, upgrade your plan, and access billing history.

Plan & Usage Overview

Active Plan: View current tier & billing cycle.

Usage Counters: Track QR codes, scans, and domains.

Capacity Top-ups: Buy extra QR codes or domains.

Billing Portal: Download invoices & update payment.

Step 1: Accessing Settings

To open your settings, click your Avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Account Settings. This page is only accessible to account owners and designated admins.

Step 2: Monitoring Your Limits

Lifetime QR Code provides real-time tracking of your account usage. You can see exactly how many of your allotted resources are currently in use:

  • Dynamic QR Codes: The total number of active editable codes.
  • Scan Volume: Total scans across all codes in your current billing period.
  • Custom Domains: How many branded domains you have connected.
  • Team Members: Active users invited to your organization.

Pro Tip: If you reach your QR code limit, you don't necessarily need to upgrade your entire plan. You can purchase Add-on Packs for extra QR codes or custom domains directly from the usage section.

Step 3: Managing Billing

We use a secure hosted billing portal (Stripe) to manage your financial data. By clicking Manage Billing, you can:

  • Download past invoices and receipts.
  • Update your credit card or payment method.
  • Switch between Monthly and Yearly billing (Save 20% on yearly plans).
  • Pause or cancel your subscription.

Upgrading Your Plan

Need more features like API access or white-labeling? Click the Upgrade button next to your current plan name. You'll be shown a comparison of available tiers. When you upgrade, Stripe automatically calculates the prorated difference, so you only pay for the remaining time on your current cycle at the new rate.
