Custom Branding
Upload your logo, set your brand colors, and apply consistent branding to every QR code scan experience your customers see.
Why Branding Matters
Every time someone scans one of your QR codes, they land on a page before reaching their final destination. That intermediate scan experience — whether it is a landing page, a PDF viewer, or a digital business card — is an opportunity to reinforce your brand. With custom branding, your logo and colors appear throughout the scan flow, giving customers a professional, cohesive experience instead of a generic Lifetime QR Codes page.
Uploading Your Logo
- In your dashboard, click your account avatar and select Account Settings.
- Go to the Branding tab.
- Click Upload Logo and select your image file. Supported formats: PNG, SVG, JPG. Recommended size: at least 200 × 200 px, with a transparent background (PNG or SVG preferred).
- Preview how the logo will appear on your scan pages.
- Click Save Branding to apply the change across all your QR codes instantly.
Your logo also appears in the center of QR codes you generate with the Logo in QRoption enabled — no need to upload it separately for each code.
Setting Brand Colors
Lifetime QR Codes lets you define a primary and secondary color for your scan pages:
- Primary color: Used for buttons, links, and accent elements on scan landing pages.
- Secondary color: Used for backgrounds, headers, and supporting UI elements.
Enter each color as a hex code (e.g., #1A73E8) or use the color picker. Changes are applied in real time in the preview panel so you can see exactly how your pages will look before saving.
Where Branding Appears
Once branding is configured, it is applied automatically in the following places:
- Scan landing pages: Mini-site, social page, restaurant menu, digital business card, gallery, and all other hosted content types show your logo and brand colors.
- PDF and file viewer pages: The viewer header displays your logo.
- Form pages: The form header and submit button use your primary color.
- Short-link redirect pages: If you display a branded interstitial before the redirect, your logo and colors appear there.
- QR code image center: When the "embed logo" option is on, your uploaded logo is rendered inside the QR pattern itself.
How Branding Affects the Scan Experience
Branding is applied at the account level and affects all QR codes in your account unless overridden at the individual QR code level. For customers scanning your codes:
- They never see the default Lifetime QR Codes logo or name (on plans with white-label branding enabled).
- The page title shown in browser tabs can be set to your brand name.
- Favicon (browser tab icon) can be customized to your logo.
To fully remove all Lifetime QR Codes branding from scan pages, see the White-Label help article for additional steps required at the plan level.
