Lifetime QR Code Folders allow you to organize your QR codes into logical groups. This is particularly useful for managing multiple campaigns, clients, or departments within a single account.

Why use Folders?

  • 📁 Organization: Keep your dashboard clean and professional.
  • 🚀 Efficiency: Perform bulk actions on entire groups of codes.
  • 🔍 Visibility: Easily track performance by category or client.

How to Create Folders

Follow these simple steps to set up your organization system:

1

Access the Folders Tab

Login to your dashboard and navigate to the "Folders" tab in the left-hand sidebar.

2

Create New Folder

Click the "Create New Folder" button at the top of the section.

3

Configure Details

Enter a descriptive name and optionally assign a color label to distinguish it from others.

Moving QR Codes

You can move QR codes into folders individually or in bulk:

  • Individual: Click the menu icon (⋮) on any QR code card and select "Move to Folder".
  • Bulk: Select multiple QR codes using the checkboxes, then click the "Move to Folder" icon in the floating action bar.

Pro Tip: Lifetime QR Code supports nested folders. You can create sub-folders by clicking the "New Folder" icon inside any existing folder to create complex hierarchies.

Common Mistakes

  • Deleting a folder thinking it won't delete the codes (Codes move to 'Uncategorized').
  • Using overly complex nesting that makes navigation difficult.

Organization Tips

  • Use Year/Month for campaigns
  • Color-code by Priority
  • Use clear Client Names
