User Profile Management
Manage your identity, security settings, and personal branding within Lifetime QR Code.
Your user profile is more than just account settings—it's the foundation of your digital presence. The information you provide here, such as your profile picture and display name, automatically populates your Digital Business Cards and Social Pages.
Account Identity
To access your profile, click the Avatar icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select My Profile. Keeping this updated ensures your recipients always see your most current professional details.
Updating Your Information
In the General tab, you can modify the following core details:
- Display Name: The name shown on your public profiles and dashboard.
- Job Title & Company: Default information used for landing page templates.
- Profile Picture: We recommend a 400x400px JPG or PNG for the best appearance on mobile devices.
Security & Access
Protecting your account is our top priority. Within the Security tab, you can:
Password Management
Change your password regularly. Requires your current password for verification.
Two-Factor Auth
Add an extra layer of protection using authenticator apps like Google Authenticator.
Important: Changing your primary email address will require you to verify the new email before it becomes active for login purposes.
Notification Preferences
Manage how Lifetime QR Code communicates with you. You can toggle alerts for:
- Scan Milestones: Get notified when your QR codes reach specific scan counts.
- Lead Alerts: Immediate email notifications when someone shares their contact via your Digital Business Card.
- Product Updates: Stay informed about new features and improvements.
