Frequently Asked Questions

Can I delete a template?

Yes. If you delete a template, the QR codes using it will keep their design, but they will no longer be linked to a template for global updates.

Does this work for Static codes?

You can apply templates to Static codes during creation, but they cannot be updated globally since their design is permanent once generated.
