The QR Tags Generator extension does not collect, transmit, distribute or sell your data. All QR codes are generated locally inside your browser using the open-source libraries included within the extension package.
2. Required Permissions
The extension requests the following permission:
- activeTab: This permission is used solely to automatically fetch the URL of the webpage you are currently viewing when you click the extension icon. This URL is used strictly to pre-fill the QR code generator input field for your convenience. The URL is never stored, tracked, or sent to any remote server.
3. Third-Party Services
The extension operates 100% offline (except for when fetching the extension assets from Chrome Web Store). We do not integrate with third-party analytics, tracking scripts, or ad networks within the extension environment.
4. Changes to this Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Since we do not collect any user contact information, we cannot notify users directly.
